Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Todo Buttons app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

By registering for, signing in to, or otherwise using Todo Buttons, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. The service

Todo Buttons lets you create named lists of todo “buttons” and share them with others under a viewer, editor, admin, or owner role. We may add, change, or remove features over time, and we provide the service on an “as is” basis.

3. Accounts and your responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and use the app only if you are old enough to do so in your country.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the app to break the law or infringe anyone’s rights;
• upload unlawful, harmful, or abusive content, or harass other users;
• interfere with, overload, or attempt to disrupt the service or its security;
• attempt to access data, accounts, or lists you are not authorised to access.

5. Your content

You keep all rights to the lists and todos you create. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, display, and sync your content so we can provide the service to you and the people you share with. You are responsible for the content you add and share.

6. Sharing and roles

When you share a list, the people you invite receive the role you assign (viewer, editor, or admin). The list owner has full control, including deleting the list. Only invite people you trust with the content of a list.

7. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or if required to protect the service or other users.

8. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Keep your own copies of anything important.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bright Brain Games Studio d.o.o. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the app.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Republika Srpska), without regard to conflict-of-law rules. For any dispute, the competent court in Prijedor shall have jurisdiction.
